Stay smart in the scorching heat or take the easier way. Most summer looks are made for lounging or meeting friends and family. Some you can run errands in. The hardest, as usual, is to appear somewhat professional running to meetings when it's a hundred degrees outside. The first batch of outfits, from the shell top to the Sixties shift dress helps you accomplish just that. Key pieces are tailored trousers, smart-looking bags, minimal flat or low-heeled shoes and the right attitude. When in doubt though, carry a blazer. I've been making good use of my premium black blazer, a boxy grey denim-look one, a cropped white summer one and even a striped jersey cover-up you can get a glimpse of on one of the photos - they slip into the bag quite obediently once you're back outside, out of range for close scrutiny and aircon systems. Stay safe out there and find my live feeds on Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, and selected looks on Lookbook.
